Thunder Shad® "Crankin" Rods are built on American-made high modulus graphite blanks with perfected tapers for the ultimate in sensitivity and actions. Graphite reel seats with S.S. cushioned hoods and S.S. framed “hard-ring” guides. They are wrapped using the innovative spiral wrap/acid wrap that is becoming so popular. This wrapping technique enables longer casts in order to achieve deeper retrieves, therefore, putting the crank bait in strike zones where no one else is fishing! JB Thunder Shad® "Crankin" Rod Model One
This is a 7-foot graphite blank that is designed for the shallow series Thunder Shad®. It has the proper flex to ensure good hook sets and the sensitivity to read the bottom while you fish.
8 – 14# line, ¼ to ¾ lure

The Model Two is our 7.5-foot version of the JB Thunder Shad® "Crankin" Rod series. It is designed to be a hybrid of the Model One and the Model Three. It will handle most all sizes of the famous Thunder Shad® Baits and has enough extra length to allow you to reach down and touch those lunkers deep in cover. 8 – 14# line, ¼ to 7/8 lure
